All visiting
teams and participating staff will be met at the airport
and transported to the hotel by coach or mini-bus. Where
there is available space on a coach or mini-bus then accompanying
guests will be welcome to make use of it. However, this
cannot be guaranteed and accompanying adults may need
to be prepared to take a taxi. These are readily available
outside the airport during the day but are less easily
accessed during the evenings. In order to help us to serve
you to the best of our ability please give an indication
of the number of guests you think may be traveling with
your team well in advance and no later than the final
payment date. We will then do all that we can to include
them in our travel arrangements.
The same reasoning and logic applies to all movements
between the hotel and the various venues for the events.
We will arrange transportation for all participating pupils
and staff and do our best to accommodate guests but cannot
give any guarantees.
All teams will be provided with a map of the city before
they arrive and these will have the names and locations
of the venues clearly marked and labeled for ease of communication
with taxi drivers. We also anticipate this being available
on the web-site. |
