 This
is a short course event
(25m) pool and will run according to FINA Guidelines
with the exception that a one false start rule
will be used
( i.e. in the case of the first false start in
each race, the race will be recalled and no disqualification
will apply. If there is a subsequent false start,
the race will go ahead and the offending swimmer
will
be disqualified.)
